Reading Week 4 14th February

For next week:
I will provide copies of:
[1] The 1997 Directive and the proposed amendments;
[2] the RAND impact assessment (DON'T READ IT YET);
[3] the EC proposals to change the Country of Origin principle in the Directive.
I will also find some background reading on the various MedTV cases.
